Subject: Notice of 2026 Annual General Meeting
Pickleball Canada’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Thursday, June 25, 2026 at 7:00 pm ET.
Registration Information:
To be eligible to attend and vote at the AGM Pickleball Canada members must register in advance at the following links (these will be the same link for the Live Webcast):
Please note the following when registering:
- Delegates must be active members of Pickleball Canada at the time of registration.
- The email address provided at the time of registration will be used for electronic voting. Delegates cannot share an e-mail address – each delegate must be registered under a unique e-mail address.
- Delegates will receive a confirmation email once their registration is complete. Any questions regarding the registration procedure can be addressed to our staff at info@pickleballcanada.org .
- Registration for the Annual General Meeting closes on Monday, June 22, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Time).
Meeting Information:
Registered delegates will receive additional information, including the link to the Webcast, voting instructions and rules of procedure after registration closes.
The webcast page will include translation services – all meeting content will be provided in French and English.

Further information on the electronic voting system will be sent to all registrants.
Proxy voting will be permitted in accordance with Pickleball Canada Bylaw 3.14. No person may hold more than one proxy. To exercise your proxy, please use the following form: Proxy Voting
