Meet Dave from Spruce Grove, Alberta. Dave was most recently elected to the Pickleball Canada Board of Directors in June 2023 and holds the position of Director at Large.
Dave has been playing pickleball since 2021. He is a member of the Parkland Pickleheads Pickleball Club.
Dave brings 35 plus years of police/legal investigative experience to the Board of Directors. He has written complex affidavits for the interception of private communications, hundreds of search warrant, which have resulted in many successful investigations involving organized crime.
He is well versed in the legal and political environment working in the areas of strategic and risk planning, project management, ways of improving operations and performance management.
Dave brings an open mind and eagerness to the 2023 Board of Directors.
Dave has two daughters and four grandchildren. When not playing pickleball, he spends his other time working out, paddle boarding, walking, reading, and time at the lake.
