Please note that Pickleball Canada’s 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Thursday, June 26, 2025, at 7:00 pm ET.
Registration Information:
To attend and be eligible to vote at the AGM, Pickleball Canada members must register in advance. A formal registration link and additional details will be provided in the final notice of the AGM, to follow in the next month.
AGM Materials, and General Information:
Closer to the meeting date, all registered members will receive further details, including the Zoom meeting link, attendance and voting instructions, rules of procedure, and Director nominee information. Translation services will be provided in English and French.

New Business:
Members wishing to propose new business or motions for inclusion in the AGM agenda must submit their requests in writing to info@pickleballcanada.org by Monday, April 28, 2025.
A formal AGM notice, including the finalized agenda and further details, will be sent in advance of the meeting.
