In order to combat hijackers, spammers, and abusers, your account registration must be approved by a site administrator. If your intention is to just browse the site for information, then you will not be required to register. If, however, you wish to post an article or comment, then you will be required to register and await approval from the administrators. Registration and approval usually takes under 12 hours.
