Senior games registration opens across Windsor, county
 
Registration forms are available for the summer session of the Windsor-Essex County Senior Games.
Played around Windsor and Essex County, the games include lawn bowling, horseshoes, pickleball, euchre, cribbage, contract bridge, duplicate bridge and pepper. Darts, shuffleboard, eight-ball, snooker and tennis, par-3 golf, nine-hole golf and 18-hole golf will test physical endurance. The prediction walk and scrabble wrap up the roster.
 
Everyone aged 55-plus is encouraged to join in the friendly competition. The registration fee -- paid once for all summer events -- is $7.50 and includes the awards event on June 17. The awards dinner is $15 extra for participants, $20 for others. Fees for individual games will be assessed at registration.
